Peggy has co-authored two novels with Mary Joy Johnson. Check out their On the Road… mystery series.

She also co-writes screenplays with Christine DeSmet, some of which have been optioned. Their award-winning, Chinaware-Fragile (with additional co-writing by Bob Shill), was recently featured in a Huffington Post article!

She is currently working on several children’s book projects, both picture books and books for young readers.

As a freelance writer, Peggy has specialized in writing corporate, industrial, and educational video scripts. She has had feature articles published in magazines such as The Christian Science Monitor, Seoul Times, St. Anthony Messenger, 50 Plus Living, and Writer’s Digest.   She has written for numerous online content sites and manages her own blog, Musings of a MadCityWriter

A teacher of many years, she specializes in teaching elementary level reading and math. She has also taught screenwriting courses for the University of Wisconsin’s Union Mini-Courses program as well as serving as a guest speaker and panelist at area writing conferences.

A graduate of Michigan State University (Go, Sparty!), Peggy went on to receive her Masters degree at the University of Wiscosnin-Madison (Go, Bucky!!!) in  Curriculum and Instruction.
